TORONTO, CANADA – August 12, 2024 – Dentalcorp Holdings Ltd. (TSX: DNTL) today announced its financial results for the third quarter ended June 30, 2023.

Revenue: $336.9 million, an increase of 7.9% over the same period in 2022.

Net Income: $43.2 million, a decrease of 2.5% compared to the previous year.

Adjusted EBITDA: $112.3 million, a 3.1% increase year-over-year.
