Watt earns AFC Defensive Player of the Week honors
Pittsburgh Steelers linebacker TJ Watt has been named AFC Defensive Player of the Week for his performance in Week 18 of the 2021 NFL season.
Watt recorded eight tackles (six solo), two sacks, and three tackles for loss in the Steelers' 26-14 win over the Baltimore Ravens. He also forced a fumble and recovered another.
Watt's performance helped the Steelers clinch a playoff berth and improve to 9-7-1 on the season. He is now tied for the NFL lead with 22.5 sacks this season.
